The client needed a wooded hillside parcel prepared for future development — cleared, cut to a workable level, and reachable by vehicle, without destabilising the slope.

Selective clearing, controlled earthworks and grading established a level building platform, while cut material was managed on site and access routes were formed for construction traffic.
